To achieve his goal Jonah Hill followed a workout routine with different training styles. He kept his training program simple and basic instead of depending on the complicated one.

And this is how he was able to lose a good amount of weight while enjoying the process.

Jonah Hill’s main workout routine was running because it was simple and didn’t require any special equipment to start and it can be performed anywhere.

Lately, his resistance training consists of different compound and isolation lifts that work on improving his strength gain and also help him build muscle.

To keep himself in a fighting fit shape, Jonah includes boxing and jiu-Jitsu in his workout routine this also helps him in improving his mind-body coordination.
