So that is what I will base from and give you a workout program that will help you lose weight like Jim Harbaugh if you put in the work.


Cardio is very important, if you want to start your weight loss journey you should consider including some cardio exercise like running, swimming, hiking, skipping rope, etc in your daily routine.

You just have to choose one or two and do it for at least 4 to 5 days a week for 45 minutes. You can always increase the time when it starts to get easier.

If your goal is to lose weight and build some muscle then you should consider including weight training in your workout program.
