So she started focusing on keeping herself fit, and her hard work and consistency in the gym paid off, after some time she was able to build a lean and athletic body.

  • Barbell squats- (3 sets of 12-15 reps)
  • Side lunges- (3 sets of 12 reps on each leg)

Friday- Boxing
