Josh has also appeared in different films and these include Snow day, Spun, Fantastica: A Boonie Bears Adventure, etc.

In 2017 Josh started a YouTube channel featuring his wife Paige O’Brien and it is all about his comedic lifestyle.

Despite his growing acting career, Josh was struggling with being overweight all his young age. So he decided to lose weight to inspire all young people having the same problem.

Josh started his career at a very young age and by then he was a chubby boy eating whatever he wanted and he never minded about his health.

At a young age, his lifestyle was full of eating junk food like pizza, cookies, fries, consuming high sugary drinks, etc and he was not very active he never minded about doing any exercises.

But as he was growing up Josh realized that this is not the life he wanted to live so he decided to change his lifestyle and he also wanted to influence his young fans who took him as their role model.

He started by changing his diet and being active by doing exercises, hiring fitness experts. And within 2 months he had lost almost 100 pounds of body fat. Let’s see what his workout routine looks like.

Although Josh has not yet come out to share his workout routine with his fans, but am sure he has one that helped him shade off all the weight.

There are several exercises I assume Josh Peck did and these include cardio, weight training, pilates, etc. these workouts are very effective if you put in the work and stay consistent.

If you are struggling with being overweight like Josh used to be, today is your lucky day. I am going to be sharing with you a workout routine that will help you burn that excess fat and start living healthy. Let’s get to it.

Cardio

Cardio is always the first exercise that comes to mind for someone struggling to lose weight, you know why? Because it works. Cardio exercises not only help you lose weight but also help in improving your heart performance and endurance.

There are several cardio exercises you can do and these include running, swimming, skipping rope, walking, etc.

You can decide which one you’re comfortable with and start performing it at least 45 minutes to 1 hour a day 5 to 6 days a week. but if you’re overweight like Josh peck before his weight loss then I would advise you to start by walking at least 30 minutes a day.

Weight Training

Josh Peck lost his weight but he didn’t become skinny. This was because he included weight training in his workout routine and when you see his photos after his weight loss journey you can clearly see that he is lean.

So if your goal is to lose weight and have a lean physique you should include weight training workouts in your workout program. Let’s the workout you can follow to achieve that lean physique like that of Josh Peck.

Perform these exercises 3 sets of 8 to 12 reps, when you get stronger, then you can increase the sets or the reps to keep the intensity of the workout. And don’t forget to warm up before starting any workout.

Josh Peck was advised by his doctor to eat as much protein as he can if he wanted to lose weight of course in small portions. So this is where I’m going to base so that we can create a diet plan that will help you in your journey. 

Breakfast

  • Oatmeal with fruits and walnuts
  • Eggs 

Snack

  • Protein smoothie 

Lunch

  • Chicken breast
  • Rice
  • Salad and veggies

Evening snack

  • Chicken soup

Dinner

  • Salmon or sometimes steak
  • Veggies
  • Salad 

Cheat Meals

  • Pizza

That’s all with Josh Peck’s weight loss diet plan, but remember to lose weight you must be in a caloric deficit.
