Before getting lean Tim Mcgraw used to struggle with being overweight and believe me when I say that he has really worked very hard to transform his physique. He followed a strict well-structured training program to transform himself completely.

Tim McGraw’s workout routine consists of different training styles like weight training, martial arts, yoga, functional training, and Crossfit. Combining all these training styles helps him keep his physique lean, muscular,  athletic, and flexible.

Right now Tim McGraw weighs 178 pounds but before losing weight he was weighing 215 pounds. During his heaviest, Tim realized that it was time to start focusing on his health and fitness level if he wanted to see his children growing up and have families of their own.

Tim McGraw was able to lose 40 pounds because he eliminated unhealthy foods, and alcohol and started following a healthy and nutritious diet plan.

Tim McGraw follows a paleo diet which means he consumes foods like Meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, herbs, spices, healthy fats, and oils. And he avoids Processed foods, sugar, soft drinks, grains, dairy products, legumes, artificial sweeteners, vegetable oils, margarine, and trans fats. 

This diet enabled him to lose excess fat and put on a lean muscle mass physique.

He eats around 6 to 7 meals a day to fuel his body with all essential nutrients that enable him to train intensely and stay energetic.
