When Damon Wimbley was still with The Fat Boys group they had a very busy schedule moving from one city to another performing to their fans.

During this time they never focused on healthy food because they were always on the move and the shows usually ended very late in the night. By that time the only places where they could get something to eat were McDonald’s and Burger King. 

So they were eating food like Big Macs and Chicken McNuggets which caused them to gain a lot of weight at a very high speed.

In 1995 one of their group members called Buff Love passed away and the cause of death was a heart attack but I also assume it was due to being overweight because when he did he was weighing 450 pounds or 200 kg.

And this must have been a wake-up call for Damon Wimbley to change his lifestyle and lose some weight because he was also weighing around 330 pounds.

Damon started by eliminating junk food from his diet and also started going to the gym for a serious workout. After working so hard and being consistent Damon Wimbley went from 330 to 167 lbs.

Damon Wimbley’s workout is not shared much on the internet but I assume he included cardio and weight training in his workout program. So this is where I’m going to base from and provide you with a workout program that can help you shed off some unwanted fat if you put in the work.

Cardio

Cardiovascular exercises do not only help us to lose weight, but they also help in strengthening our immune system, improve our posture, and help in strengthening our heart.

So if you also want to lose weight like Damon Wimbley then you should include some cardio exercises like running, skipping, swimming, hiking, etc in your daily workout program.

You can choose one or two exercises and do them for at least 4 to 5 days a week. But if you’re overweight you can start with just walking for 30 minutes and progress to running as you lose some weight.

Weight Training

When you look at Damon Wimbley before and after photos you can see that he gained muscle. Which means he included weight training in his workout program.

So I will also provide you with a workout program that will help you build muscle and burn fat. We will be doing these workouts six days a week and we only have one day for resting.

Saturday

Damon Wimbley has not yet come out to share his diet plan with his fans but I assume he started eating food high in protein like fish, chicken, eggs because these foods help in preserving muscle.

So I am going to base on that, and make a diet plan that will help you to lose weight. But you can include anything you want as long as you stay in a caloric deficit.
