After realizing that his legs can no longer support his heavy body because they started cracking and bleeding Gabriel Iglesias decided to make a change in his lifestyle.
He went to see a doctor for consultation and what the doctor told him shocked him, he told him you only have two years on earth unless you lose some weight and change your lifestyle.
This was a wake-up call for Gabriel, he started going to the gym with his friend called Martin and changed his diet from eating junk to a healthy one.
Gabriel also decided to quit too much drinking which helped him to cut on the unnecessary calories.
Gabriel Iglesias performed different workouts but he was mostly focusing on full-body workouts which helped him to shed off excess weight from 450 pounds to 230 pounds.

In order to lose 120 pounds, Gabriel Iglesias had to do a variety of exercises; he performed cardio, weight training to reach his desired goal.
Although Gabriel Iglesias has not come out to share his workout program with his fans, I will be giving you the workout routine that will help you lose weight like Gabriel Iglesias. Let’s break it down.
Cardio
Cardio exercises are very important if you want to lose weight, they not only help you burn fat but also help to improve your heart performance.
I assume Gabriel Iglesias’ workout program includes cardio exercises like running, jogging, hiking, swimming, etc. If you’re also a fan of doing cardio you can choose one or two exercises and perform them 4 to 5 days a week.

Gabriel Iglesias’ Weight Loss Diet Plan
The fact that Gabriel is a stand-up comedian and actor, he is always on the road to do shows in different states and cities. As a result, it is hard for him to have a healthy meal.
But he found a way of making his fast food into a healthy meal like if he orders a grilled chicken sandwich from Jack in Box he eliminates the bread and eats only the grilled chicken.
