This was a wake-up call to the politician so he decided to change his lifestyle by quitting eating unhealthy food, eliminating highly processed sugar, and becoming more active which helped him lose 100 pounds in just 18 months.

Mike Huckabee started with small goals for his weight loss. Instead of thinking about the entire 100 pounds, he started with 20 to 30 pounds which kept his motivation high.

He also started doing low-impact exercises like walking which prevents joint pain when you’re overweight. When he lost some weight he started running and doing other high-intensity workouts.

Mike Huckabee’s workout program included walking and running. He basically enjoys doing cardio exercises. He even participated in a marathon.

Most of his workout routine is private and I was unable to get the exact workout program he follows but you don’t need to worry if you want to lose weight then I have a workout program that can help you with that. Let’s get to it.


If you enjoy cardio like Mike Huckabee then you can just pick one or two of the cardio exercises like running, swimming, jumping rope, etc, and do these exercises 5 to 6 days a week for one hour.

Cardio exercises not only help you lose weight but also help in improving your body posture, help you have a great sleep, and many more benefits. You just need to be consistent if you want to see results.
