Jennifer Franciotti’s workout program mostly is low steady cardio. She likes taking a walk for one hour early in the morning before she leaves for work.

So if you’re also a fan of walking you can start by walking at least 30 minutes a day for 5 to 6 days. There are also other forms of cardio you can include in your workout program like running, jumping rope, hiking, etc.

Weight Training
