But in July 2021 Karen posted before and after photos of her tummy transformation and she was thanking her son William Starsiak of Starsiak Aesthetics for the great work he did for her. She said;
“THANK YOU! Even though I am only at the 3-month mark, and won’t see full results for another 3 months, I am absolutely delighted with my progress.”

Some of her followers commented and said her before and after photo seem to be photoshopped because the tattoos on her before photo had disappeared she replied and said;
“ With the fat loss and the skin tightening, there was some shrinkage of the tattoo. The tattoo is all still there. There were no shenanigans in this picture. That would be very poor form on my part.”
