Friday
- Bulgarian squats
- Dumbbell box jump squats
- Elevated drop squats
- Balance squats

Perform these exercises in 3 sets of 8 to 10 reps each and make sure your resting period is not too long to keep the intensity of the workout. But when you get stronger you can increase the reps or the set for maximum results. And please don’t forget to warm up at least for 5 to 10 minutes before you start any workout.
