During an interview with  Marie Antoinette Collins, Olga Tanon opened up about how she lost 50 pounds of weight after undergoing bariatric surgery also known as gastric bypass, in June of 2021.

In the same interview which took place at her home, Olga Tanon also said she had to lose the weight because she was not doing fine physically, mentally, and emotionally as she reached almost 200 pounds of weight which were becoming a threat to her life.

Olga also blames the two years of the pandemic saga which caused her to binge eat during the luck down and she was having little movement which led to her rapid weight gain. 

She said in her own words

“These two years of pandemic I ate it all … I have removed my implants, I have had lipo, but whoever gets fat with food loses everything, that is the stomach if you do not stop eating, and I ate as a troquera.”

Although she underwent weight-loss surgery, Olga Tanon also added doing exercise and healthy eating. The bariatric surgery was just part of the process to help her lose weight.

The type of workout program we will be doing today will consist of cardio and weight training session.

Cardio
