How Did Don Lemon Lose Weight?
Some of Don Lemon’s followers speculate that it might be a sickness that caused him to lose weight, but Don has never come out to the public about being sick so we can’t say that his weight loss was due to some sickness.
However, in 2016 one of his followers on Twitter wrote and said “Has @donlemon dropped some weight? He didn’t need to do that.”
Then Don replied “I did. Almost 25 lbs (weight loss). I carried it well but it was time for it to go.”
Coming back to the question on how Don lost the weight, he started eating healthy and being active
Don said since he is growing up he needs to focus on his health if he wants to stay longer so he had to quit eating junk food like fries, burgers, etc because they serve no benefits to our health.
He also started doing some exercises like any other person who wants to live a healthy life exercise must be included in your program. He performs exercises like running, walking, hiking, etc.
But if your goal is to lose weight and build muscle you need to add weight training or resistance training to your workout program. If you have no idea what to do or don’t have a workout routine then here is one you can follow.
