Charli D’Amelio doesn’t post a lot about her diet and it is hard to find out what she eats to stay lean and have that amazing physique.

But I was able to do some research and found out what she eats though it’s not healthy and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone struggling with losing weight.

Breakfast

  • Dunkin Donuts 
  • Yogurt
  • Waffles  
  • Cereals

Lunch

  • Salad
  • Burrito
  • Rice and Broccoli
  • Chicken soup

Dinner 

  • Mac and Cheese
  • Pasta

Like you can see some of her meals are not healthy at all but since she is still young her fast metabolism also contributes to her staying lean throughout the year.

But if your goal is to lose weight and be healthy you should focus more on eating high protein foods like chicken, fish, tuna, etc. these will help you stay full throughout the day without cravings.
